I haven't been back to this dealership for service in 3 years. When I did come back, I was reminded how great Matt was and is. He remembered me, took care of me and was quick. I've been to other dealerships where the relationship is transactional and it feels like they're trying to upsell you all the time. I felt like Matt was looking out for my best interests which is why I'll only go to him from now on.
