I have been a Hyundai owner for many years. I have also been to most of the local Hyundai Service Centers at some point. AutoNation is by far the BEST service I have received. My agent was knowledgable, courteous and very responsive. My service was performed flawlessly and promptly. This is my new home for any Hyundai service needs I have.
Mathew was nice but the process of a tire change took the whole day. I dropped it off 9 in the morning and it was done by end of the day so I had to pick my car up the next day. Also not to mention when I arrived to the service desk there were 3 people and no one was greeting me after standing there for 5 min. Service department here is absolutely atrocious! Matthew is the only associate that listens and tries to help & the only reason I gave it one star otherwise it would’ve be a 0 star rating! The manager, Andy, is rude and condescending. He doesn’t listen to his customers and even when his own employee test drives and replicates what you are saying, he says he can’t replicate it & never services the car nor put it on machines to diagnose it. I had a poor experience at AutoNation Hyundai when I went for an oil change for my 2023 Kona. I was presented with $1000 dollars of additional services. When asked about what they were , one was already completed the last time and one was not really needed. After two and a half hours, on my way out, my service advisor, Nina, told me I needed a new battery for an additional $400. I had my battery checked by a mechanic and it tested perfectly fine.
