Been to many Hyundai Dealerships, but have to say wow this blew my mind of how awful the service is. I had to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone and provide an update on my car. They finally called at 5:30 to let me know that I can finally pick up car and the issue was fixed.
This was our first maintenance visit to Auto Nation on river road. They greeted me as soon as I drove into the maintenance shop. I liked that they reviewed and explained what they wanted to accomplish on this visit. The waiting room was big and very comfortable with an automated coffeee machine. Car maintenance was very quick and again they came out to me and explained what they performed on my car. Amazing the car came back to my procession washed. It was a good experience.
No reason to stop here unless you have time to waste and extra$$$ to throw away. The good thing is there are more dealerships close by.
Repair was completed quickly. Everyone was professional.
service was good, fixed everything i brought in for. found other issue with coil spring been waiting for part 2 weeks. price a little on the high side but so is a boloney sandwich.
