My Sonata had a factory authorized engine replacement done at another Hyundai dealership. In performing the work a mechanic damaged an expensive part and attempted to bond it together instead of putting in a new part. Not wanting to work with that dealership further I brought my car to Auto Nation where they were able to install new parts at no cost to me. I picked up my car and it was washed and cleaned inside. The service are amazing and the person who took care of my care a very respectful and professional. He provided the service without even appointment I just stopped to see if I can get oil change without appointment and he said yes without giving ne hard time. I really appreciate his service. People as him really need to be recognized! Million thanks to him.

Happy to say, as usual, I had a very positive and efficient experience on my recent visit here. It was time for my 6-year check-up and Matt explained it all to me. He got me home so I did not have to wait for the 2-to-3 hour job to be done. And then got me back to the dealer for pick-up. I was very impressed with this service and really appreciated the kindness shown to me. A very professional experience!
