Overall great experience with Autonation Hyundai Mall of Georgia and the service agent Willard. Great service with a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get your car serviced!
This was my first time at this location, service was great and customer service was amazing. I was super early for my appointment but the got me in and out
I went in for a software update. I'm glad for the recall notice about it. While there, Will did a multipoint check and let me know about the tire conditions, including photos! Happy with the service and convenience!
I visited the dealership for a recall service on my car, and from the moment I walked through the door, Willard greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. He was supportive and attentive throughout the entire process—from the rescheduling of my appointment to the completion of my service. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and seamless experience.
I have always had great service here until my last one. Only 1 technician, yet they never informed me when I checked in. I would have gladly rescheduled instead of waste time.
