Showed up to a line of cars, even though I had scheduled service weeks in advance. My service guy was Brett who indicated it'd be about an hour and a half wait (on Saturday am). I had another commitment in that timeframe, not having had to wait so long in the past. Brett exceeded my expectations by assuring that my car would be ready in time. Mickey Harvest is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure all of our service needs were taken care of. His communication was excellent — he kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism.
