I dropped off early and there was a secure box to leave my keys. I got updates throughout the day. I was notified when my car was ready.
Absolutely great service and a personel touch given everytime from Imeida Saenz.
The service department wanted to charge $675 to change 4 spark plugs. I went to Autozone and bought all 4 plugs for the price of 1 of their plugs and took me less than hour to change them myself. They charged $150 just for the diagnostics which would of been absorbed in to their cost but I still had to pay it since I didn't have them perform the work.
