Started out bad. Upon arrival for my appointment I could not be found in your system. This alarmed me since had confirmation in an email. Young mail checking me was calm and assured me everything was okay and would have me out in no time. That was fine except while in the waiting area I received an email saying my appointment was canceled. A bit unnerving but again the young man behind the counter assured y’all had control. You did and was over an hour early.
There was a lot of confusion over what was wrong with my car. I was not provided a loaner, so I missed a day of work. After more than a day of disgostics, there was no resolution to the problem. I was not given a loaner, because they thought it might not be a warranty issue. I was frustrated and disappointed.
Took my Elantra in at 1 PM today (8/5/25) for an oil change and tire rotation. The entire team was super nice and helpful. Within an hour and a half, my car was ready to drive again! Quality, speedy service 10/10
My overall experience was GREAT, everyone was so helpful. The vehicle that I purchased I LOVE IT. They have kept in touch with me since and made sure the car was running smoothly..i appreciate all their help.
We were pleased with our service, and Mr. Ricky was always professional. The follow-up service and check-ins were of high quality. The one concern we experienced was what we considered "junk" or excessive fees, such as an exorbitant document fee (approx. $900) exceeding the state average by 30% and dent and interior service (basically insurance).
