The service was good. The check in took 30 minutes. That was a big waste of time. The check in person couldn’t find me in the system eventhough I had a confirmation of my appointment. Then they had to find another advisor since the one I was scheduled to see was busy. The advisor that saw me Daniel was great and kept me informed.
Daniel Martinez in the service department has been super helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Daniel was amazing when I took my car in because of my check engine light ! He was communicative and extremly helpful
It is unfortunate that I need to update my review to a one star due to very poor service I've received from this location. I received a recall letter for my Horn assembly for my Hyundai and I notified my service advisor and let her know if the parts and sent her a copy of the letter and when I brought it in instead of having ordered the parts and replacing them, they performed an oil change and tried to sell me on $1000 worth of services.
