A very easy process from making an appointment throughout servicing my car. My service advisor was amazing. She was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and kind. I have been to this location many times before under different ownerships but never a great experience like this. Thank you

They're auto department damaged my vehicle. I got in contact with them and sent the photos to some sort of manager. My car is brand new have 5000 miles on it. They proceeded to ignore my emails and never get back to me. Mind you it was a simple oil change and tire rotation. DO NOT GO HERE.

Completely opposite of my last experience. I went in for an oil change at 1pm on Monday July 13. I did not hear anything back, and had to call over 12 times to get a hold of anyone from the service department. By the time I got a hold of a representative, it was 10am the next morning. The phone rep told me it could have been my fault as I missed a text or email. I had extensive work done on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport, including a turbo replacement, engine and transmission mounts, struts and shocks, all fluid services, plus repairs to the driver's side door lock and passenger-side mirror.
