I was at Hyundai Carlsbad for recall service on Saturday. My service consultant Venessa was pleasant and the work was done in about 2 hours. Having Saturday appointment was very helpful since I can't find good time to be there during the week.
As always, this dealership is very good at customer service. Everything was handled in a timely manner. I was treated well with wonderful documentation, including a video of the service performed. I highly recommend them.
