I was very please by the customer service and professionalism of the team at this Hyundai Service Center.
The staff was professional and friendly. The service representative made effort to get finished quickly. Problem is that there was an error made that caused my car to leak oil in my garage. The staff fixed the problem the next day and helped me with transportation to pick it up.
Pablo was amazing and incredibly helpful. He handled everything quickly and efficiently. I will be returning to your location just because of him.
I purchased an Ionic 5 ev. My experiences were very pleasant. This was the 3rd car I had purchased from this dealership location in Carlsbad.
I asked several times to check and fill the windshield washer with water. They also promised to do this several times, but they never did anything. What they did with the car all this time, I don’t know, no one shows anything. With such an attitude to work, I’m not even sure what exactly they did with the car, and whether they did anything at all, or just made notes.
