This auto buying experience was the best. Both John and Ryan were professional, helpful, and made the process very easy. I have had bad experiences in the past, with other dealerships, which is the reason I hesitate to deal with car dealerships. Not this time. I live in Bakersfield and the best and professional treatment I received was from the staff in Valencia which was worth the drive. I recommend people who live nearby to give Valencia Honda the opportunity to earn your business.
My experience with Auto Nation Honda in Valencia was fantastic. Grant and Zachariah were the only reason that I didn’t completely lose it over getting my windshield fixed. It shouldn’t take 4 months to replace a windshield, but if you have State Farm I guess that can happen. Grant and Zachariah went above and beyond in helping me get my car fixed.
