The entire experience was great! From the moment I drove up, the service manager (Vivianna kept me fully informed of what was going on with my car. The service guys did my oil change, and my diagnostic in about an hour! Excellent from start finish! Thanks Honda Tucson and staff!!!
Ralph Gallego was excellent at helping us explore vehicle trim levels and models without pressure! The whole process took about 2 hours and was essentially the easiest buying experience ever (and I’ve purchased a lot of new cars in my lifetime). The buying experience was easy and quick. All my questions were answered. I was able to compare a certified prepared to a new vehicle and decided on the certified Ridgeline. So far it’s been a great experience. I am going to have to bring the truck in to have the rear view mirror tightened because it is loose but it should be a quick fix.
