Worst service experience EVER - I have owned cars for over 50 years, so I have seen many car service companies. I had an appointment - waited 3 hours and the job was not even started. They couldn't give me a time when the job would be done after wasting 3 hours. What is the point of making an appointment? I left the dealership and didn't get the work done. I will find another service provider.
Had the timing belt and water pump serviced and a 4 wheel alignment. Service rep told me what replacement package was to be used for the pump and timing belt. Results very good and noticeable. Same for the wheel alignment. Discussed with me the condition of the tires and gave his recommendations. Upfront with the costs. Altogether a positive experience.
