We were treated exceptionally good at Honda. I told them exactly what I wanted and also said they would have to make me a really exceptional offer as I was content with the vehicle I had. They found the vehicle I wanted and made that exceptional offer which really surprised me. I'm now the owner of a brand new Honda.
I did not have a good experience.
My husband and I had our 2018 CRV serviced by Simon for the first since we bought our CRV in August 2025. Simon took care of us and explained everything that needs to be done. He is a very patient and knowledgeable Service Advisor at AutoNation Honda Tucson Service Center. We will be back next month to complete our CRV's 60,000 service.
