Over the past 17 years, I have always taken my Accord to AutoNation Honda in the valley for annual service. This year I had to take my car back immediately due to an oil drain plug not being tight after the oil change. Luckily the service center called me after I left, so I was able to get my car back in soon enough. Also, the oil life indicator wasn't reset to 100% after my oil change.
