Ever since I bought my car in 2020 I've always come back to AutoNation for my service, because of their great technicians, staff and management. I've never had an issue getting an appointment. You have a great team of people, it makes it very enjoyable to come.

I am extremely pleased with Autonation Honda Spokane Valley Service Center. Nikki, my Service Advisor, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions about my car's maintenance and repairs, and she even called me the following day to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. AutoNation Honda is always fabulous with my rigs, but the last time I went there they even did an entire video of how great my vehicle's underbelly looked at 20 years old! They have been a big part of keeping my Pilot in excellent condition for years!

Nikki always makes me feel welcome when I go change the oil at honda, always in a great mood and very friendly. Makes the experience even more great. Honda is our go to place and will be back soon to get some work done

The guys I the service center were professional and great to work with. They inspected and diagnosed an issue with the sunroof for me. I was on a tight timeline and they got me in for the inspection. Although I did not have them complete my repair due to my own scheduling issues, had I had more time in my schedule I would have most definitely been comfortable having Honda AutoNation Spokane Valley do the work.
