My husband was in charge of the buying process and no complaints there. However, picking up the vehicle was a horrible experience. Paid four thousand to get a full inspection on the car they repair timing belt , break pump and calliper. They did not recommended an alignment because they said that’s not part of the inspection on the car. What’s the point on repairing a car and paying more than 4 grand and not make a suggestion on repairing the alignment

Problems after purchase: mirror falls off post. It happened on DAY 2 of owning the car...went in and they "fixed" it. Then it happened AGAIN (rearview mirror dangling on a wire, dislodging ITSELF from its mount). they "fixed" it saying they replaced the Spring that held the rearview mirror in place. We'll see. ALSO - NO ONE there seems to be able to help me with the Serius XM issues...Just being told to read the Manuel, but when I present the manual, they can't figure it our either.
