We had an excellent experience with Auto Nation Honda of Spokane valley. Our service advisor Nikki, was very pleasant to work with. Her communication with us was excellent and prompt. She was never pushy with suggested services. I did not ever speak with our service tech, but did recieve a video of the multi-point inspection. In it, he highlighted everything he inspected and even showed where he found a broken end link. I appreciate everyone's hard work, attention to detail, and friendliness!
