I've owned a Honda for years. My experience at this dealership has always been great. I was really impressed with the last repair which included a video showing the issue. It was repaired quickly and I was kept up to date the whole way through. My husband owns a different brand of vehicles and the dealership experience isn't even comparable. I refuse to take his truck to the other dealership.
Always given awesome customer service and my car is always taken care of.
On my yearly stay in Corpus I seem to run into some issues with my Pilot. You have always been right on to of it with knowledgeable and friendly and fast service. Thanks again for your help.

One of the worst auto dealer service centers I have ever dealt with. Been there three times standing around waiting for assistance and have been ghosted each time standing next to a service technicians desk with no acknowledgement my presence.
