I want to start by saying that the technician, Jayman, was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and did everything he could to guide me through the process. My frustration is not with him, but with the overall experience. Communication throughout this process was extremely disappointing. I repeatedly had to call the dealership myself just to get updates instead of being contacted proactively. Tyler was very kind and helpful! Easy scheduling, competitive pricing. Arranging transportation to work is the main reason I use Honda Renton.
