Oil change service was fairly fast. The waiting area was relatively comfortable. I didn’t notice a TV, but I was reading. I’ve been in other dealer’s waiting areas that were much more welcoming.
I was very pleased with the service as my vehicle was ready in 90 minutes, after the estimated time was 2 hours, and was within the estimated cost for the work.
I took my Ford Transit Connect here for service since they are my local autonation. They were happy to help me despite not servicing a Honda and were able to get my parts and do a full inspection of my vehicle per my request within a reasonable time.
