I came for routine maintenance. I was told about the possible needs with an estimated cost along with an estimate of wait time. I was updated twice on the progress while I waited. I was finally informed about the work done and the final cost. I was pleased with the overall experience.

Service advisor Yousef did a great job explaining what additional services were recommended for my visit after I brought my vehicle in for routine preventive maintenance minder B1 to do oil change and tire rotation. He was professional, calm, and did not display that pressure sales tactic to me. Great guy!
I bought a brand new CR-V, and after a few days, I discovered a factory defect—an issue with the strut. Yousif from the service department promised the part in three days, but it’s been over a week, and I’ve had no updates. I’ve called multiple times with no clear response. Meanwhile, I haven’t been driving the car all week because I’m concerned about safety. I’m extremely dissatisfied and hope the dealership will reflect on this experience.
I drove into service area without an appointment due to light flashing on dashboard . I explained my issue, and one Service Person looked into the problem, fixed problem so it stopped flashing. I was so grateful since I had to venture out again into 97 degree heat. Their attentive service is why I have gone to this location over 20 years with two different Honda cars.
