I had a great experience with their service team. After dropping off my car to fix an issue, they called and texted to keep me updated on the situation. When they found the issue with the car, they even sent a video of the mechanic explaining what he was doing and the fix. I felt it was tremendous communication throughout and really appreciated the transparency.

You really don’t want my review. I’ll just say I’m still waiting for a call that the manager promised i would get from the last repair. You all operate like a… I don’t have time today stop asking for reviews.

Youself Alwari is very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Definitely an asset for Honda. The care and agility to handle the customers issues are really superb. He surely deserves a big bonus for keeping the costumers satisfied every time we go there (I went there 3x in July and he fixed all my Honda problems)! Thanks Youself for the the great experience! And thanks for your sacrifice of skipping lunch and suffering in a humid (about 100F) outdoor service patio while assisting us! You are a keeper!!!
