rude manager, poor quality cwr So, I was looking for a Honda civic si sedan, I had finally found one at this location. I was excited, right price, few miles. So we started doing the paper work. Everything seem ok. Untill I pulled out my calculator and started playing wit The numbers. Something didn't add up, their stated Apr was higher then what they told me and had on the paper. sales - ok/ service - better Sales are ok. I truly believe we should have gotten our SUV at a better price though but there is never anything honest when it comes to sales at a car dealership. I suggest that you come prepared and stand firm on what you want before coming here so that you do not get less than what you expect. Service department is good. I've been there twice and both times I've been satisfied with their service. I like the courtesy pick up and drop off. That made it very convenient for me.
OK dealer. I have never get any repair done at this dealership so I have no clue about their service department. I did shop for an new accord at this place, and it seems alright to me. There are enough selection, and the price is fair enough. Well, bottom line, nothing really special about this dealership compare to other honda dealership in the area thou.
Beware DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE UNLESS IT"S UNDER WARRANTY and then I would still be skeptical. A single mother I work with took her 2001 Honda Odessey with 33k miles in for an oil change. Basically, its a brand new Van..They recommended her to replace the timing belt and water pump along with getting the valves adjusted. They said they would give her a deal..The normal price is $2000 but they would do it for $1300, which is a lie because I called 2 other Honda dealerships that quoted me exactly $1300. Autowest Honda As the title states, I hate this place with a passion! Avoid at all costs! Do not ever take your car here to get repaired, unless it is a factory recall. This place sucks so much. I took my Honda Accord in because the SRS light (Airbag) was on. They took 6 hours to diagnose it (meaning 5 and a quarter hours sitting in the lot, and 15 minutes actually working on it).
