I bought a used car from them just a few weeks ago & I called about getting a few small things fixed that I found after driving it just 2 days, the phone rep told me I could come in without an appt & they'll take care of them in a few minutes. He didn't ask what year my car was but it turned out it wasn't covered for anything due to its age.
