Service from Craig has always been perfect. From the time I arrive until I leave. Craig showed me the new layout of the dealership and I was very impressed. Overall a postive experience. This was the first time at Autonation Honda Clearwater. The facility was well organized and clean. The Honda service representative took my information and details of the recent vehicle performance. I hadn't expected a full day to diagnose the issues, but was provided a Honda vehicle to use while work was done. Went in for oil change. Had a broken windshield which Evan took care of without an appointment. Gregory took care of oil change and explained things about car. Was very pleasant experience and did not take long. Thank you.
I have had a great experience here at the service department with Michael. He is very thorough in going over what I need done to my vehicle, what is or isn't covered under my different warranties, and he is considerate of my time and helps me schedule services when they make sense (for example I waited a few days to get my alignment done because I was almost due for an oil change, it was much better to come in once vs twice).
