I brought my car in for two recalls. One was the idle stop issue with Honda Pilots. I had experienced an issue with my idle stop after driving for 2+ hours when breaking at a light after I got off the interstate, my car places itself into nutral. I had to turn it off and turn it back on for my car to be put back into drive. Upon their “diagnosis” the technician stated my car battery was the issue and I was suppose to pay their $189 diagnosis fee.
