I purchased the wrong tow hook for my 2014 Ford Raptor, and there was a restocking fee. Alberto in the parts department was nice enough to provide me with a complimentary shirt to make up for the restocking fee. Would definitely buy parts here again and highly recommend them!
Worst dealership possible went to buy a car found one I like at a good price and filled out a credit app salesperson asked a few questions and started trying to make me pay cash for my car when I told him I'd like to finance he kept insisting that I pay full price in cash which was $12,000 I kept firm that I would like to finance it and the salesperson went from bad to worse started yelling and telling me it's going to be the same everywhere I go for a car under $15,000 and I spoke with the manager about this he said "uhh ok... read more
They try to be fast and efficient but it's kind of a small area for everyone to try to get by and park the cars. They currently have a delay in repair time since not everyone can work at once because of covid. It's understandable but irritating nonetheless because it pushed it back to a 3 week drop-off for my truck. It's life, I guess 🤷
