Very bad experience with customer service. When they delivered my car, they handed it over to me with a dent in the driver's door and didn't want to take responsibility. Thank goodness the manager helped me get the damage repaired right away because they were going to leave the car with me longer to see if they could fix it without guaranteeing anything. Stereotypical stealership. I contacted them about a particular color new vehicle listed on their website. I was told it was available and we even worked out an out the door price before I made an appointment to come in. When I showed up at first I was told it had already been sold. Then I was told no it wasn't sold but it had been sent to a sister dealer. They tried to steer me toward something else but gave up when I was adamant about that color. I just purchased a 2024 Ford Ranger. The week after I bought it, Sean called me first thing in the morning to inform me there was a recall on my vehicle. We set up an appointment for that afternoon. The service technician, OJ showed up on time ( actually, a few minutes early) and quickly completed the service. He answered all of my questions. I was very pleased and impressed with the service.
Someone named Brandon is running around handing out counterfeit checks with your business on it. Never been to Georgia, so I can't speak on how reliable the business itself is. But fake checks certainly but a bad taste in my mouth
