I was in dire need of a part for my 2015 ford 150 Transit 3.2 Power-stroke diesel van, a stiffler or upper oil pan, and could not find one anywhere literally! The Ford dealership in Raleigh NC told me it was on back-order and would be six weeks but no guarantee on that time either! I contacted David Griffen (in the parts dept.) at Stivers Ford and he was awesome! He got me the part and got it shipped the next day! Zero Stars. Service & Parts department are completely unresponsive. Multiple calls, multiple holds, multiple texts. These people just don't care. They may sell you a car, but you won't get it fixed here. Run from this company.
