This has been the worst nightmare! Please do yourself a favor and drive past this place! I bought a car from them in Nov 2025, Its now Apr 2026. They messed up my paperwork, I have no registration. No tags. No new license plate. All due to their incompetence, and stupidity. I have been paying a car payment, insurance, interest on a registration I don't have, on a car I CAN'T DRIVE!!! Ugh.

I had a very bad experience from getting an appointment with service which took 3 days to set and as soon as I came in the service advisor said we can’t do your safety recall and at least we need 3 months , I felt like he brushed me off. So immediately I called Ford Tuttle-Click in Irvine and they made me come in and took my car immediately to fix the recall. Tuttle click simply were impressive and professional
Friendly and easy to get parts through them. AutoNation has a great selection online often better priced than parts.ford.com. I’ve picked up parts from this counter twice and will in the future!
