Took over a week to complete limited service, had to call to get updates which often they could not provide.
My F-150 went in for basic service and a recall. The recall turned out to be serious and there was a national parts shortage. I want to thank Ashlee the Service Director at Auto Nation Ford for her kindness and working hard to resolve the issue. Big Red was there for almost 90 days! She kept me informed and updated the entire time. When I picked Big Red up, she had a Big Red pack of gum and Energy drink for me. Ashlee, you are amazing, thank you!!!
