I had a pleasant experience with AutoNation Scottsdale Ford as far as purchasing a Ford Escape. Steven, Shawn and Troy were excellent at getting me financed and into the vehicle I wanted. The only reason for a four star rating and not a five was the fact that a crack appeared on the driver side door, which they repaired, but it took a week to do so. In all fairness the replacement window was delivered to them broken twice.
I was here for some recall work on my Bronco; 5 total recalls needed to be done. I took it in on a Saturday and was told that it might not be done that day due to a low number of technicians working that day. Okay, no big deal; that's understandable. Monday comes around, and at around 11 am, I get a video from the tech that he is about to finish up with everything in a few minutes, and it will be ready to be picked up, so I wait about 45 minutes, I text the assigned service advisor to get an update on it being ready because ... read more
