I had an unexpected nail in a tire. These days it is very difficult to to find someone to fix it except when you have a great company and service person to give immediate help. Brandon was very accommodating.

I have been having issues with my car battery I keep getting notified that my battery is in sleep Mode I have had my truck in service 2 times and for some disappointed reason, no one there has a solution. They want me to put a trickle charger at night to avoid these messages. I am NOT going to do that on a year old Maverick. I should not have to. No one , even the service mgr does not seem To care Should have kept my Toyota Tacoma.

I originally had service scheduled with another dealership, but they could not get me in quickly, so I scheduled with Autonation Scottsdale and was able to get in within 48 hours. I used their online system for scheduling, and it was super easy. Since it was my first time to this dealership, I opted for Any Advisor. I was set up with Andrew, and he has been great to work with.
