The hours on their own website for the parts department clearly say they're open until 7pm Monday-Friday. I was here at 6:05pm and they were closed. Ridiculous.
The worst service.. instead of walking to you they run away, they gave me a $2600 bill that I declined and took to Chapman Ford where they greeted me without hiding.. the total was $1200 AND was covered 100% -$100 by extended warranty. Third time they made a butchery out of a simple process cost me lots of money & time. Take your vehicle to Chapman I'll never buy another ford.
Won’t be coming back here, they definitely offer below the average on trade in cars! Sticking to Earnhardt dealerships, they seems to give the best offers in town.
Jake who replaced my part for my emergency break was great. He had our car done in a couple of hours so I didn't have to leave it there all day. He was very nice and I would recommend him to anyone that wanted service there. I give him a 5 star. When we first got our recall we called to see when we could get the car in. Michell told us to call the first of every month to see if you had the part in which we did for 4 months. Every month we would leave a message and she never called us back.
