The service team at Autonation is always good. Shelby was exceptional. My car 'died' while driving on the freeway (it ended up being the water pump). I was close to the dealership after being able to safely get off the highway, I called service immediately, I was able to get my vehicle in that night. It was a Friday night, so I knew nothing would be looked at until the next week. The fact that Shelby told me to get my car in on Friday night right before close was a blessing. She's great! Appointment was made to pick up my car at 7:45 It wasn't picked up until 8:10. I was quoted over the phone for $130 and received the end bill for $190. The price was adjusted somewhat, no reason given as to the change. Didn't call to confirm the car was on its way back. Just showed up.

I came in for my 10000 mile maintenance and to have a few recalls addressed. I leased my car from another dealership and was nervous that I wouldn't get the same level of service. I had nothing to worry about! I received fantastic professional and timely service.

Your courtesy shuttle and delivery of my repaired vehicle was excellent although I requested a loaner vehicle due to my own vehicle to drive is a truck and getting in and out was challenging for my 94 yr old mother.
