I have never had an experience with an Auto Sales group like I had at AutoNation Ford in Canton. My sales person Josh provided miss information and never followed through on any of the things promised during my purchase. He even accused me of lying. The GM Mark provided no follow up or assistance unless I repeatedly called. He was very rude, condescending, unprofessional and provided misinformation without knowing any details of my sale. I am pleased with the service provided by my AutoNation representative. I really like how they use text to keep you informed on the progress of the service. It is said that he had to fight with my AutoNation extended warranty provider to get my repair paid for. That is exactly the purpose of having an extended warranty. I will return there to get my next repair but not in a hurry for that!
