Made appointments both times I was there. First time noon drop off went back at 3:30 wasn't done so didn't get out until 5:40pm. Second time dropped off at 7am and still wasn't done at noon. Our office manager called to rush them along. Finally picked up around 3:30pm. It's a company vehicle and can't be that long without a car. I guess an appointment means nothing to them.

The passenger window of my 24’ Bronco wasn’t working properly. Also when I arrived for my appointment, I was made aware of a recall that needed addressed. Both were taken care by of at the scheduled appointment. They were covered under warranty, which I was grateful for. Thank you!

Took it in for and oil change and mentioned that the rear hatch close button no longer would work. The Expedition was just over a year old. That was April 25th. We were there for over 4 hours. Left without the door button being repaired. We left for vacation May 11th, had our daughter drop it off on Wednesday May 13th, she left it there and said they could have it till May 19th.
