About the worse service I have received at a dealership. I received a safety recall letter from, so I called them to set up an appointment. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. She took down all my information, including the safety recall code. I get to the appointment, and they tell me they don’t have the part needed, and they don’t know when it will be back in stock.
