Really bad selling service 3 people not doing nothing , made me sit for 30 min on his desk and didn’t even attend me
About the worse service I have received at a dealership. I received a safety recall letter from, so I called them to set up an appointment. The lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. She took down all my information, including the safety recall code. I get to the appointment, and they tell me they don’t have the part needed, and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. No apologies, no attempt to give me an exact date, no nothing. They simply seemed completely uninterested in solving the safety recall issues. Th... read more
