Great communication & service
Car went in for a recall and they came and picked the car up from my work and dropped it back off when it was done. Beautiful! They also kept in constant touch with me to let me know of other things they suggest getting repaired with the OPTION to have them do it or not. And to top it off... They did a quick wash and vacuumed my car. What a wonderful bonus!
I typically have good experiences with this service department. This visit was not a good one. The goal of the visit was to get the collision alert system to stop going off for no reason. The car was in the shop from early Thursday through the weekend . We had a huge rain here on Saturday night. I was told that the shop roof leaked and my car’s windows were left wide open and water leaked in all over the dashboard. Autonation said they cleaned and dried the car.
