I was in from outer state and having problems with The coolant draining out of my pick up and I need to have it fixed quickly. After taking it in and talking to Trinity, they move very quickly to get my issue resolved and fix my pick up. What a great job she did. These are some people that really care about their customers.
I bought my truck from AutoNation and have always gotten great service from them. Their team is top notch, and they have great customer service. However, I have found it extremely frustrating that I can't get a straight answer on the phone regarding what a specific service / set of services will entail, how much it will cost, and how long it will likely take. E.g. "What all comes with the 60k mile service? How long will I need to either sit at the dealership or a nearby office?"
