5.5 hours for a routine oil change. I asked for the express wash, but even that couldn’t get done. I don’t get it, very dismissive from the get go when asking for an oil change at 5.5k miles from last service, tried to tell me my car says 46% oil life on the computer. I highly recommend staying away from this place at all costs for your service work. There’s just no excuse for this. Zero messages, until 30 minutes before close I get a call.
