Got my truck in for a window repair. Quick and efficient.
I’ve been with this dealership well over the past 6 years. I never came for oil changes cause I absolutely hated the service. This was the FINAL time I’ll ever come to this dealership, my 2016 Ford Fusion had an issue with the driver info center just blanking out and not working and I had recalls to take care of figured I would knock two birds with one stone. The service advisor was fantastic!! He took care of me promptly and listened to all of the issues and addressed each one. Not only that, but they immediately went to work and I was done at the dealer before I knew it. Most amazing was that it was on a Saturday, and I thought I would be waiting a long time.
Gage was extremely helpful and the technology associated with this experience made it easier for me to navigate my day.
Great service. Went in for some warranty work and they were very attentive. Got me a Lyft to and from mall so I didn’t just have to wait at the dealership and was very communicative every step of the way with updates. The power went out right as I was checking out so they mailed me the offered to mail the final work order/receipt without me even having to ask.
