It took 5 weeks to fix my SYNC3 System, on my Ford Flex. But in that 5 weeks, Joshua kept me informed as to what the Technician was doing. The tech tried replacing many parts, but the problem kept reoccurring. The resolution was a bad wiring connector. It was a head scratcher, but I'm sure this problems been logged into AutoNations AND Ford's databases.
Waldo is always very helpful and goes above and beyond when I take my truck(s) in for service. Very thorough and friendly. Thanks Waldo!!

To make it really short and sweet I dropped off my car y’all kept it for 10 days I do have premium extended warranty. You guys did not provided me with the loaner kept the car for 10 days. All y’all did was to reset the code related to the cooling and y’all said it’s all good. Come pick it up today. I pick up my car literally next day same issue started so I’m done with you guys.
