We purchased a new Bronco that had a damaged seal at the time of purchase. The salesman tore off the seal that was damaged and said they would be glad to fix it - even gave us an "I owe you" to bring it in to the dealership to have it replaced for free. The salesman never responded to our calls over the next few weeks (he was either fired or quit). We were given the run around for months, asked to bring the vehicle in twice for repair, even given a rental car on 2 different occasions, yet nothing ever repaired. Our last visi... read more
I originally submitted a good review for this dealership and the staff however, this has since changed. It all started when we took our new vehicle back to the dealership for some warranty issues. To our surprise, the entire experience was an exact opposite as when we purchased the vehicle. The sales staff and both sales managers were rude, the service advisor was incompetent, and although they have a General Manager, completely absent from the picture. Do not recommend you visit this dealership.
