Service was great and thorough
I'm living a nightmare dealing with the service department of this dealership. They are currently on their fourth attempt to repair the vehicle after taking three weeks and hundreds of dollars. The service advisors often will not communicate unless we drive down to the dealership to talk to them in person. I will write a much more detailed review when they finish the job and the vehicle is returned.
I have always been happy with Ford Service been a loyal customer for over 40 yrs. This time I was so excited that they had an Auto Valet deliver my truck to me after service. Awesome! I didn’t need a ride to or to wait for a courtesy ride to the dealership. Yay!
