Made an appointment for 7:30 Oil change, arrived and checked in by 7:20- told that process should take 45 minutes to an hour. After 1 1/2 hours I asked for an update… didn’t happen so after two hours I went to our service rep who instantly started blaming the scheduling department because desiel techs don’t arrive by 7:30. He told us that they now had a lift available and would be working on it. I waited another 45 minutes and ask for an update and was told it would be another two hours. I purchased a vehicle in Nov of last year, I drove down from Dallas to get this vehicle. All went well with the transactions Ashley my sales lady was great to deal with. Problem came when we got back to Dallas we noticed there was a loose head light. Autonation agreed to have head light fixed in DFW area and they'd write me a check for the repair. Very upsetting, I took my car there February 2. And yet no update, no phone call about my vehicle. I've email several times, yet no response. Keep in mind I bought this vehicle in Summer 2022, by October the motor had to be replaced. Then a day later lights on dash were popping up. I do not recommend by a used car from here at all!!! So many problems, have not even had this car a year. Why even sell a messed up vehicle to begin with. Just so over this dealership.
