I bought my vehicle at AutoNation Ford in Bradenton so that is where I try to get my service done. I there for a oil change/tire rotation. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the service department by one of the service techs who took me inside to the service department where I was greeted by Leslie Garringer, one of the service advisors. My recent experience at AutoNation Ford’s service department was far from satisfactory. After being told that my tire replacement would be checked against the warranty I paid extra for, I was charged $315.51. Upon contacting the warranty company directly, I found out that no claim was ever submitted. My calls to the service manager have gone unanswered, leaving me with a missing hubcap and a growing sense of frustration. This experience has been extremely disappointing. Leslie is hands down the best service representative Ford has period. Got me in and out with several issues just in time for me to leave on a lengthy trip. No doubt I will be seeing her for all my future service visits!!!!
