Had the first servicing done, no charge. Some confusion as to 7500 vs 10000 miles but sorted now.
Quick but guy forgot to reset oil gauge
Great customer service. Very attentive to detail.
We have taken our Bronco in for a few repairs and recalls. The service is timely considering its a very busy dealership. If you are patient and willing to ask questions then you should have no problem here. Two things to expect when coming in, it will take a few days to get your vehicle back and it will be expensive (because dealerships are always more costly, I don't know why.)
