As far as I can tell the technicians are fine. The service advisor I was issued had terrible communication skills. Getting pinpoint information from her or any kind of update was a challenge. She even forgot to let me know when my car was done, what a $220 diagnostic resulted in and a few other things. Not the worst I’ve dealt with, but certainly not the best.

I was told that a converter o2 sensor would cost $2k. I decided I’d use an after market one. Then not even a week later noises were coming from engine and I was told I needed a converter (“again”)And charged another assessment fee and got it fixed. If I was accurately told the first time I needed a converter instead of an o2 sensor I would have gotten it fixed the first time and not been charged a second assessment fee! I will never come back. Your service advisors need to learn what they are talking about!

Derek and the rest of the staff at AutoNation Ford are always very professional and customer focused. The technician working on our car texted videos of some concerns that he found while inspecting the car. This was helpful to see and understand the needed maintenance. Overall great experience.
