I brought it in 9/22 and was told by Kaitlin the heater hose was faulty which I paid $643 for. I was given a copy of the multi point inspection & nothing was checked on it except for a tire inspection and the authorization of the heater hose repair. We have been in contact with the customer and went over options. We have a plan going forward on taking care of the customer. She is going to do the repair on the vehicle at an agreeable price for both of us. She is satisfied and knows that we will take care of her going forward.
