The car was seen on 9/20 by a shop in Lorain who suggested it was engine failure. They said to contact Ford and an authorized shop for assistance. They quoted $6,000. I brought it in 9/22 and was told by Kaitlin the heater hose was faulty which I paid $643 for. I was given a copy of the multi point inspection & nothing was checked on it except for a tire inspection and the authorization of the heater hose repair. During repair I was told I could not get a loaner. Fast forward a few weeks later, the car began smoking and shut... read more

We have been in contact with the customer and went over options. We have a plan going forward on taking care of the customer. She is going to do the repair on the vehicle at an agreeable price for both of us. She is satisfied and knows that we will take care of her going forward.
