Staff was very efficient and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The work was completed prior to the estimated date.
Had to get my car repainted and they did a good job on that but ended up denting and cracking my front bumper. So had that repaired by them which was free of cost which is great. But the whole process of dropping off my car for the bumper repair, coordinating with enterprise for a rental car, then picking up my car after the repair was inefficient, lacked proper paperwork signing and filing and when I went to pick up my car, they misplaced the key to my vehicle.
The staff was very kind and patient, even though I was frustrated and rude due to my situation. They informed me that the insurance l'm dealing with was trying to use aftermarket parts on my new car, and I truly appreciate their honesty.
