My wife took her car in due to oxidation after a repair 2 years ago. Clearly it needed a respray as my wife requested. The receptionist upon request stated that they know what their doing, obviously not because we had to come back. 3 day later, swirl marks and sand marks in the clear coat and the roof was heavily scratched. My wife called Josh, requested a call back and nothing. Shitty services, shitty work.
It was a great experience. Bryce (Collision Advisor) did an outstanding job working with a very difficult insurance adjuster to pay and made sure they pay for extra days for the car rental. Very good person to work with and I highly recommend Bryce. The shop got me set up with a car rental and after the work is completed, I just simply drop off the car at the shop. Very simple process. I am a gear head and my vehicles are very sentimental to me. Naturally, it was hard to turn my truck over to someone else for repairs as I have an eye for detail and am very nit-picky when it comes to others working on my vehicles. I am happy to say autonation collision exceed my expectations! There is zero evidence that the truck was ever in a collision.
