It was a great experience. Bryce (Collision Advisor) did an outstanding job working with a very difficult insurance adjuster to pay and made sure they pay for extra days for the car rental. Very good person to work with and I highly recommend Bryce. The shop got me set up with a car rental and after the work is completed, I just simply drop off the car at the shop. Very simple process. I am a gear head and my vehicles are very sentimental to me. Naturally, it was hard to turn my truck over to someone else for repairs as I have an eye for detail and am very nit-picky when it comes to others working on my vehicles. I am happy to say autonation collision exceed my expectations! There is zero evidence that the truck was ever in a collision. I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews but since getting my car worked on about a year ago I seem to keep finding more issues. I needed a pretty big repair on the front of my car and it took about 2 weeks, which was fine. When it came back to me everything seemed okay until I realized the front trim was not the correct color.
