Great customer service from beginning to the end. Great communication as well.
I got a quote for the repair of my car and at the time they told me 2 to 3 business days to repair the car. The quote was reasonable so I dropped it off on a Wednesday at 8:30am. Day 5 (the following Tuesday) comes around and I haven’t heard anything. I found two separate phone numbers online and neither takes you to a person. I am certain my car looks as good as it can,I didn’t notice until recent it’s been a week or so the repaired door is slightly raised up and lining of the doors are uneven, and also I know around holidays it gets busy however no one answers the phone ever and towards the end no one followed up with me I had make a trip-to get status of my car.
The female at the front desk needs to learn customer service skills. But "Dino" was excellent and very professional when he did my estimate for my car damage.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this auto collision repair center was so consistently frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. From the very first interaction, the receptionist Nicole was openly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Simple questions were met with irritation, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer dealing with the stress of a damaged vehicle.
