Recept said car was ready..,I paid her..car delivered with dirty interior with sanding debris and trash…90% of repair was satisfactory…10% I noticed area that was missed…I was promised a tech or some supv was going to reach out and follow-up…no call back…moral of story pay after satisfactory inspection of your vehicle…Took for granted folks take pride in their craftsmanship
Great experience from beginning to end! I dropped my car off Sept 4th and picked it up today. It looks brand new and very happy with the work that was done. Dino was my advisor and walked through every step of the hack job estimate the insurance completed. He made sure that all the supplemental charges were added before the work started and was on top of ordering parts. He sent frequent emails with the status of my vehicle. Very fast service and hassle free.
I was given a good quote and brought my car in for what I was hoping was a minor front bumper repair. About 6 hours after dropping it off I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. After the bumper was removed, they found less damage than was anticipated/quoted, the price of the repair was adjusted accordingly and my car was returned looking good as new. Couldn’t ask for better experience both customer service wise from Jared Ramirez and the work done on the car, very happy and highly recommended.
