Great experience - Scott was on top of work and made sure we were satisfied during entire process. Front desk attendant Natasha was friendly, helpful and followed the covid protocol with a professional and thorough attitude.The facility was very clean and welcoming. I have the best experience with this Toyota, I am new to the area and I’ve never dealt with a shop here. Toyota take care of my car quickly, efficiently and they were very kind throughout the entire process. Charles and Lewis in the service department are absolutely wonderful, and my business will always be there, with them.

I was told my car required three days of work; it's now been over three and a half weeks. They neglected to submit paperwork to my insurance company multiple times, resulting in delays. They did not order parts promptly, and they broke additional parts while fixing the minor damage.
Our company truck has been there four times one time they took four days to repair it don't buy a Chevy and don't go to this place they do not return the phone calls either
