I took my car in for an estimate and intended on taking it for a second estimate. Desert started repair without approval from me and then stuck me with a huge bill. if you go there be very careful!
I would just like to take a minute and say how pleased I am with the work Desert Collision did on my 2009 Maxima. After being rear-ended, The other party's insurance sent a horribly low estimate to Desert. The shop handled it beautifully, and upon my arrival let me know that simply repairing the damage to the existing bumper cover wouldn't do.
