I was told my car required three days of work; it's now been over three and a half weeks. They neglected to submit paperwork to my insurance company multiple times, resulting in delays. They did not order parts promptly, and they broke additional parts while fixing the minor damage. This business is obviously operating only because they are milking insurance companies for money right and left for issues that they cause.

Read this before going there! Initial estimate $6500+1 month. By the time I got my vehicle back it was $8500 and over THREE MONTHS. The excess charges were after they got a hefty deposit from me, so I was screwed if I pulled out or said no. The excess expenses in car rentals were brutal, especially when they wouldn't notify me they didn't have my car ready and had to scramble to find a decent priced rental. Thank you for the outstanding work repairing my wife's VW Routan. It was important to us that the collision center was Volkswagen Certified for VW collision work. The communication was great throughout the process and the minivan looks like new after being hit by a tow truck. We highly recommend Trade Secret. Brian Horne, Tom Lhotan and Gary Woolfolk were a pleasure to work with. This was our third collision repair with Trade Secret over the past few years.

Poor customer service I had a minor damage and some alignment and its been there 8 days and still don't know when I will get it back nobody's calls me to give me an update. I don't think ever bring any of my cars to this place again

Professional and courteous people. Good color matching and paintwork. Polished to make it look like new again. The car was ready when they said it would be. When you go there to have your car repaired ask for William Saxon. Tell him you saw the five-star review by HerbTobias the Silver 07 Yaris.

Best experience I ever had with a body shop since I've been driving over the last 50 years. They kept me up to date, got the job done right and in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better job.

Although the collision consultant and rental person were friendly , it took ten days to complete a simple bumper repair and paint job. I am still waiting for a receipt for the work which was done and after I brought my car home I noticed a film of paint covering the windshield, side window and chrome window trim. Still waiting for for that to be fixed. Rental car had to be swapped out because it was infested with bugs.Definitely would not recommend.

What a GREAT place to have your car fixed after an accident. They were great in handling my whole claim with my insurance company from start to finish. They were excellent in keeping me informed throughout the process on were my vehicle was at all times. When I picked up my vehicle it looked Amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.

While Desert did a good job repairing my car, don't take it here if you are in a hurry. It was supposed to take two weeks to complete the work but ended up taking five. My husband drove me back and forth to work; otherwise, it would have cost us $600 for a rental car for an accident that wasn't my fault.
