So disappointed with the service, no calls whatsoever, I have to stop by to see the status of my car, many times. They order a simple piece part for one of the windows, it have been two weeks, I called, left message to speak to the Manger, no return call. I hope someone else had better luck at this placwÂ

Jennifer has gone out of her way in assisting me in getting an estimate for the repair of my car and having my car washed prior to me picking it up. This is my second Mercedes Benz that I had serviced at AutoNation Collision Center in Pembroke Pines because of their excellent service and Jennifer treating me with kindness.Â
