I was having some warranty work done, and just wanted to say that Jesse went above and beyond to make sure everything went well, even when the replacement parts arrived damaged, he made sure I got what I needed and got my car back as soon as he could. Thank you!

I have taken my Lexus to AutoNation Collision Center not once, but twice, and everytime I am met with friendly and professional service.
The damage to my vehicle was not extensive, and there were only 3 parts that needed to be replaced, so I did not understand why it took 4 weeks to get my car back. However, it was nice that I was able to reserve the car quickly and easily, that was not an issue.
