Sheila Rodriguez was awesome. Best customer service ever!
AutoNation Body Shop did an excellent job on my vehicle and had no problems with the staff. They stayed on top of things by keeping the lines of communication open at all times. Text messages kept me up to date on what status was on my car. Parts were ordered as needed and their staff were real friendly and courteous.
Don't take your vehicle to get repaired at this buisness. They are very unprofessional and they took several months procrastinating to repair the suv. I wanted to give the business a zero, but it would not allow me to post that is why I gave 1star. A worthless place
My husbands truck was damaged in a hit and run. We decided to have it fixed at autonation collision. Kayla was customer service rep and she was absolutely fantastic. We’ve had work done on the truck at the autonation ford dealership and the reps there suck big time. I wish I could have Kayla as my rep every time.
