Was recommended to go here from 3rd party insurance company from person who rear ended me. Upon arrival I was given forms to fill out and initial. Forms were not explained. I read the forms but still did not fully understand what I was signing. Apparently one of the forms I signed was an agreement to have my vehicle serviced here. Michael from autonation collision center is the man, professional, respectful, and courteous through and through. Highly recommend for your bodyshop needs.
The lady Sheila was very rude I just called to see if they had availability to get my car in a lot sooner from the gate, she gave me a bad attitude i’m the customer here. I already got stuff going on with my car been wrecked. Didn’t need her bad attitude to add more flame to the fire So I will stick to the AutoNation collision southside not the north.
