I was so disappointed with Autonation. We typically do not take our vehicles here, but with a new insurance company, we decided to give them a shot. Mike was very nice, but did not keep in contact. Did not let us know what was going and did not communicate with us, Repairs weren't done like they should have been. I don't think they were really equipped to fix my vehicle- but wanted the money from the claim. After 5 months and lots of hours in the phone with the insurance. AutoNation Collision provided professional help and repair for my vehicle. Mike carefully inspected every part and only accepted a replacement that was up to a high standard. I was kept informed of the progress of repairs and when I received my truck back, it was cleaned inside, which was a nice surprise. I recommend them, highly. This was an insurance case. Thank you.
