Took vehicle here at the suggestion of my insurance company. the service and the work was horrible. 1. It took an additional two weeks to finish the job. They did take off $300 to help with the rental. 2. When picking up the vehicle the establishment was still open, but the Collision Dept was closed, yet I was still able to pick up the vehicle. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your location. Five years ago, I brought my vehicle in for repairs and was assured by Bobby that the work carried a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, the workmanship was of such poor quality that I refused to pick up the car on five separate occasions. Management needs to sit down with the employee who drives a blue car. No matter how late you were to work you almost caused an accident when you cut me off as you swerved over two lanes and slammed on your breaks to make a last minute turn into Auto Nation before 7:20 am.
I got hit from the rear pretty badly. Took my truck to Auto Nations Collision and made my truck like brand new! They texted me every step or stage my truck was in so I knew exactly when it was going to be ready. They did an amazing job!
After the 3rd time, I returned my vehicle to the shop to allow them to correct the issues that the technician missed or just didn't care about. I still have the back door not lined up correctly. I have another scratch that they did but tried to cover up with touch-up paint, and now the front wheel trim is loose. To the "owner" who will reply to this, I will not bring it back for them to fix it just to have another issue. I had to miss work 2x already.
