Absolutely the worst experience. No one called to update about additional repairs needed. Left voice mails and no one calls back. I think they need more than one mechanic on site. Picking up van after 5 days and no repair.

Terrible experience here, how did I pick my car up and there be more damage done. Then when I pointed it out get told nope it couldn't be them because my damage they were supposed to fix was only on the front part of the car. Tell me how you cause damage to the back mud flap when you're supposed to be fixing my front headlight and put a panel below my glovebox on partly. I hope USAA drops them

I had an excellent experience with the repairs that were done to my parent’s vehicle. Mr Joshua Redd was professional and very detailed-oriented about the repairs. He took the time to explain to me about the repairs, as well. I would definitely recommend him as your Estimator.
