Not close to where I live, but they are now going to be my forever auto body shop. Excellent customer service, and EXCELLENT workmanship. I felt really taken care of throughout the process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My insurance company (Progressive) recommended this location for minor collision repairs. Quality of work received was sub-par all around. Used/broken parts were installed (used headlight, started fogging up next morning) and they caused additional damage during install (broken front camera). Also they are not great at paint matching, there's a noticable difference on re-painted bumper (dark blue-probably a difficult color to match). Disappointing experience at AutoNation Collision Center FLL South. Collision repair work was sloppy and should not have passed quality control. Communication was extremely poor—multiple calls and texts went unanswered. I was later charged full MSRP ($450) for a replacement glove box after being told the price was “at cost,” which was misleading. No apology, goodwill adjustment, or accountability was offered despite the issues. Would not recommend based on repair quality and lack of customer service.
