I had a great experience with AutoNation Collision Center! Sandy was super friendly, always greeted me with a smile, and kept me well-informed throughout the process. Charlie was also wonderful—he managed time efficiently, even when unexpected things came up, and went above and beyond by replacing my dead battery without hesitation. I really considered not doing this but the more I think about it the more upset I've gotten. I'm very disappointed with my experience at this location. I came here because they did a wonderful job on my wife's car a few years back. My roof was damaged from a tree limb and I was told it would take 45 days to order the panel. I said sure no problem I didn't mind waiting because I know the work that they do. Then 50 days come and I have to call then 60 days come I have to call, finally 10 weeks I have to call again I'm told the... read more
Sandy and Charlie were great customer relations people. I don’t know who was doing the bodywork behind the scenes, but they deserve a lot of credit. My car looks like it was ever in an accident! See the before and after pictures. They kept me abreast of the situation every step of the way. They got me set up in a rental while the work was being done. Totally fluid and seamless. 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend that you use this company.Â
