very unprofessional and the worse customer service you’ll get. I had two claims . I had authorized the first claim and signed the papers, but not the second claim. I came to get my car and they wanted to charge me for both claims!? But I had never authorized or signed any papers for the 2nd claim!! I wasn’t prepared to pay so much money.
