It is know wonder people get so annoyed with dealers service departments. To get them to even take a look at something that should take 5 minutes to confirm or deny if something is working they quote you a time slot that is 30 days out. I didn't even get to the part about how much they would charge. Do they honestly think people can wait 30 days to get there vehicle looked at/repaired.
Very good customer service. The help there is very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards for you.
