Apparently they do not price match prices of parts from their website anymore. Last parts I purchased they did and all other autonations I have purchased from are willing to match their own price on their website. When I asked this time associate said he doesn't price match unknown websites, which I understand, but when I stated it was autonation's website from a link I clicked on directly from autoNation Chrysler Jeep West website he didn't even respond. The service department did a great job fixing my truck, and communicating regularly
I want to give a massive thank you to Marek in the service department. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind regarding my elderly mom's needs, as she is on oxygen. He went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of while our vehicle was being serviced.
