I’ve had one of the worst service experiences at AutoNation’s service department. Shortly after buying my vehicle, I brought it in for some missing clips under the wheel fender. Danthony replaced them, but soon after, the entire plastic piece fell off. When I brought it back, he ordered a replacement and said it would be billed to sales since I had just purchased the car.
