I would love to give 5 stars, but I can't. I love all the ways of communications (texts and emails)(from the service advisor to the service technician), but telling me on Monday that it will be 5-7 days and then when I call on Tuesday and am told 14 days to look at it and another week to complete the work is unacceptable and that no loaner was offered for all warranty work. Ethan is Amazing! He’s so helpful and the best service advisor. Whenever I need to schedule a service or help, he’s quick to respond and find an answer.
My service advisor Daniel was awesome. So nice and kept me updated.
They focus on what the customer needs and are polite.
