Edit to original post.. so now rating as a 1 star because my check engine light is now on when it wasn’t when I dropped it off.. basically being told we can leave it there or bring it back to be looked at for the check engine light.. basically told that they can’t confirm that my check engine light wasn’t on when we brought it in.. I’m beyond pissed and to add to it, the A/C quit working within an hour of picking the car up 😡 Took my car in to get the A/C looked at. Was told it was low on Freon and paid $218 for that.. not ... read more
I went to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in South Columbus, GA. my attending agent was Josh Lang. I went in last week because my truck was having a loss of power issues. I brought my truck to Josh and his service team. The ran a check of my truck and checked out and problems found out it was just a battery issue . His service team fixed my problem and had me back on the road within an hour. I got great customer service and great mechanics that took good care my Dodge Truck. I can't say enough about the service department. Raul Echevarria went above and beyond to satisfy my warranty company for a replacement engine on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. He kept me informed and up to date during the process. They also completed the job in a very timely manner. All of this I had to have done while I was out of state and they made it a worry free process. Thank you.
