I had an excellent experience with AutoNation South in Columbus, GA. Josh Lang and the team were excellent at helping get my car assessed, working with the insurance company, making sure the parts were ordered to my specifications, and putting in a new engine without further damage (not my experience with other dealerships). I had an appointment with Heidi today. No one told me that my car had to stay for 5 days for diagnostic. Also, while talking with her, two technicians came in. They almost knocked me out of the way. I had to back up. I felt disrespected. I said so aloud but no one said anything. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. I can take my money somewhere else. Someone needs to train these technicians on how to treat potential customers.

I came in to this place feeling skeptical and on-guard and came out with my faith in humanity restored. We were helped by a number of sales associates who went out of their way to help us find the right vehicle for our budget, especially Dale and Angela who were absolute superstars who bent over backwards to ensure we left the building satisfied with our purchase.
