I recently moved to the Katy- Brookshire area. I was noticing that they were closer to my house so I thought I would give them a try since they are close to my house. Definitely not the place to take a vehicle to be serviced under warranty. Not only will they not provide you a loaner, you have to pay out-of-pocket for a rental. Their policy is if the vehicle is going to be in the shop for more than five hours, they will provide you a loaner. I purchased my 2020 JEEP at Autonation Katy and have done all maintenance at their Service Department. My recent maintenance was handled by advisor Diego Nava Morales who is very professional and kept me informed on the progress of my JEEP's maintenance. He also showed me all service items that were done and recommended some safety actions prior to my next service. I am very pleased with Autonation Katy and would recommend their maintenance services.
The Service Department Manager and staff, especially Derrick were courteous and went above and beyond to repair my car and submit to the Warranty.company.. I would definitely return to this dealership for any future car repairs.
