Brendan was an extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind service advisor! My service was excellent!
Terrible experience. I was told that they would not even look at my vehicle for 3 to 5 days when I brought it in. Then they cleared my check engine light without checking to see what was causing it while looking at a different problem. They proceeded to keep driving it for 2 days and wasted a 1/4 tank of gas trying to get it to come back on. wonderful staff ready to answer and questions and support as needed
We had some work done on our Jeep Cherokee and the service at AutoNation Katy was fabulous. They were expecting me when I dropped off for my appointment, provided detailed status during the diagnosis and charged less than their estimate for the final work. They even sent a shuttle to my home to pick me up, even though I was a couple miles outside their perimeter.
