I would not recommend Autonation Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Houston. They were extremely poor with time management and communication—I was rarely updated on the status of my truck, and my calls were never returned. On top of that, their workmanship was careless. After installing aftermarket components, they scratched the bed of my brand-new truck in multiple places, the TPMS sensors no longer work, and one of the shocks needed replacement due to improper installation. Brought truck in to have inspected for a suspension problem only to be told be told after 4 days I needed to pay an additional $1,000 to have the technician to continue and look for the problem. All of this without knowing what the actual cost was going to be. Be mindful if you need your car looked at here.

Review is purely for the service/warranty side, we did not purchase the vehicle at this AutoNation location. Daniel in service was phenomenal to deal with, as always. Polite and expeditious to finding answers to any questions, and provided un-prompted updates to us on the status of the vehicle throughout the entire process. Vehicle drives like new once again, and was washed up nicely before being returned to us.
